TEETERING 'TWITTER'

I am so delighted and grateful to you for the stand taken by you for the rights of we; Indians. You know; we don't have a government; we also do not have a constitution; we do not have democracy and do not have adult franchise; we are absolutely naïve of our rights, but for you; who else can salvage our freedom. The 1.3 billion Indians are roaming the countryside covering themselves with leaves and barks with our faces painted and dancing around the fire babbling and prattling gibberish noises to the beat of drums. Who will emancipate us?
Then there is the divine light and from the suffused luminescence we could see Bearded Jack Quixote. He is accompanied by his page, Manish Panza on his donkey. They debouch from the cumulonimbus clouds with halo round their heads to deliver us out of our drudgery and bestow freedom of thought, belief, faith, and expression. We should deeply revere them for their munificence??
After all, we Indians are 'Whiteman's burden' all waiting to be emancipated by the stand that you have taken against our country by violating the laws of our land. You are also fighting, so that communal sensitive messages can be proliferated so that our countrymen can kill and maim each other. As it is, at the time of our independence 2 million were killed in mindless violence and around 14 million were displaced due to inflammation of communal passions. How generous of you to defy our government so that communal hatred in our country can be kindled and violence and riots can take place again.
We also know that we have plenty of anti-nationals who masquerade as liberals and communists who for some pennies in their bowls are ready to sell their country. If given paltry monetary incentives; some of us will perform better than you can imagine in dividing and denigrating our own country with such a great relish, flare, and passion: It will literally put Quisling looks like a petty eavesdropper. Twitter should be given a free hand to proliferate pictures of Goddess Kali with abusive content that gleefully insults, annoys, and causes distress to over a billion people and upholds the freedom of expression. Also, the fake video of a senior citizen being abused and his beard severed for allegedly not chanting 'Jai Sri Ram' should have reached all instigators in the country so that communal flames could be ignited to enable the society to fulminate in violence: The totalitarian interfering government has asked us to rein in such video. How dare that free flow of fake and inflammatory videos is being chocked by the government? The very purpose of Twitter is to cause disruptions in the Third World Countries and bring them into civilization from the dark ages in which they are languishing.
Twitter will not want to comply with the laws of the land as they are loftier than an elected government. They will take their own time in appointing Compliance and Grievance Officers. It will continue to defy the 'Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code' of the government of India though it is applicable to all microblogging sites in social media.
I just do not understand; why the government is mollycoddling the lawbreaker? Earlier RS Prasad and now Vaishnaw are only giving out threats; why? Don't we have a Standard Operating Procedure' to enforce the law of the land in our country? It is the duty of the government to ensure its writ runs within its geographical borders. No one is doing a favour to our country by obeying the laws; as there is no other option: The full force of the law should descend on Twitter. It cannot remain in our country and undermine our government that reflects the will of our people.
I have already closed my 'Twitter Account' and opened a 'kooapp.com'. No one is indispensable; least so, a microblogging site such as 'Twitter'.
